This is a program that refines and expands advanced freediving skills to achieve full mastery and consists of:

• Completion of the theory of the IANTD Master Free Diver course.
• Proper use of all equipment.
• Water training:
  • 1 training session in closed water
  • 6 minimum training sessions in open water, 2 of which are over 20 meters and one over 30 meters.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• IANTD Advanced Free Diver or equivalent.
• Excellent swimming and diving skills.
