Iantd advanced free diver
COURSE
This is a program for those who want advanced free diving education for greater awareness of their abilities and the underwater environment.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This is a program that teaches advanced freediving and consists of:
- Completion of the theory of the IANTD Advanced Water Free Diver course.
- Proper use of equipment.
- Water training:
- 1 indoor water training
- 4 training sessions as a minimum in open water with a maximum depth of 20 meters
COURSE PREREQUISITES
- Minimum age 12 years for Junior certification and 16 years for Advanced Free Diver certification.
- IANTD Open Water Free Diver or equivalent.
- Excellent swimming skills.
