IANTD Rebreather courses are specialized training programs for divers that include basic training in the use of a rebreather with a closed- CCR (Closed
Circuit Rebreather) or semi-closed system- SCR (Semi-Closed Rebreather) for breathing, that IANTD offers as the globally recognized organization for
technical and recreational diving.
As in all other IANTD courses, practical experience is of great importance for obtaining certificates for Normoxic Trimix Rebreather Diver and Trimix
Rebreather Diver.
These courses cover topics such as safety, proper equipment use, decompression procedures, gas measurements, and handling emergencies during dives.
Recommended for experienced divers who wish to enhance their technical diving skills.

IANTD sets high standards for safety and divers training and courses are conducted so that the technical divers must know all aspects of dive planning
learned in previous courses and must know how to use gases and gas mixtures.
Technical divers training is performed through intensive courses with a lot of practice. We therefore state that in the IANTD technical courses, not only the
number of dives but also the dive time counts.
The technical diving courses that IANTD offers you range from cave, technical, and normoxic diving to trimix diving, both Open Circuit and Closed Circuit
Rebreathers (CCR).

Courses in recreational and sports diving range from the beginner level – Open Water Diver to the most advanced technical level – Rebreather Diver.
Upon completing the course, you will be issued an IANTD certificate or brevet, which is globally recognized. This certificate confirms your ability to dive
with knowledge and confidence, rent diving equipment, participate in countless activities, and ultimately continue acquiring new skills and experiences
through advanced courses.
IANTD is renowned for being the first organization in the world to implement certification for diving with nitrox. Today, it offers a wide range of courses for
divers of all levels, from recreational to professional.

IANTD INSTRUCTOR TRAINING PROGRAM

Diving experience and a solid background knowledge are essential for an IANTD instructor and they are intensively trained to become professional IANTD
instructors.
For IANTD Divemasters aspiring to become instructors, we offer instructor training for OWD Instructors, AOWD Instructors, or Advanced EANx
Instructors.
There is also a very extensive instructor crossover program, and for the technical courses, we have a number of specific instructor courses.
IANTD has a specific instructor training program for rebreathers.

Training facility

Training facilities are IANTD authorized and certified infrastructures for activities provided for in general IANTD regulations.

They can have three different qualifications:

Training facility
Technical training facility
TF Instructor Training Center

Other levels are planned for the future, depending on the quality and quantity of services that the centers will offer.
